Return & Refund Policy

1) Read this before you buy
Because we sell intimate products, most items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read product descriptions carefully (size, materials, power type, compatibility, what’s included) before placing your order.
2) Final sale / non-returnable items
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that is:
- designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids;
- opened, used, or missing original packaging/parts;
- missing a manufacturer seal or shows signs of opening/tampering (when applicable).
This typically includes (but isn’t limited to): vibrators, dildos, anal toys, rings/sleeves, pumps and accessories, kink gear that touches the body, lubes/oils/condoms, lingerie/latex, and similar personal items.
3) Packaging and “seals”
Not every manufacturer uses the same type of seal (some products may arrive unsealed). That doesn’t mean the item isn’t new—every product we ship is brand new.
If outer packaging arrives scuffed or dented from transit, that alone does not qualify the item as defective or returnable.
4) Wrong item, missing item, or damaged in transit
If we made a mistake (wrong item) or something arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours / 72 hours] of delivery. Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation and stock availability.
5) Defective items (limited guarantee)
We stand behind the products we sell, but defects do happen.
- Report window: Please test your item as soon as it arrives and contact us within [30 days] of delivery if it appears defective.
- What we’ll do: If the defect is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or the best available resolution (sometimes through the manufacturer’s warranty process).
- What’s not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect charging/batteries, water damage (unless the item is explicitly rated as waterproof), or issues caused by not following the care instructions.
In some cases, we may ask for a short video showing the issue (for example, the device not powering on or not charging).
6) Items that may be eligible for return (only if unopened)
If we approve a return for a non-intimate, non-consumable item (for example, certain accessories), it must be:
- unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
- returned in original packaging with all parts
- shipped back within [14 days] of receiving return authorization
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
7) Return authorization required (no unapproved returns)
Do not send items back without approval. Any package returned without authorization may be refused or disposed of (for hygiene and safety reasons).
8) Refused deliveries / “I changed my mind”
Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments often cannot be safely reprocessed.
If you changed your mind after ordering, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Once it has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
9) Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take [5–10 business days] to post the credit.
10) Shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or transit damage confirmed by us.
We recommend using a tracked service for any approved return. We can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
