This website is operated by 深圳市智边未来科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Zhibian Future Technology Co., Ltd.), registered at Room B16D108, Wanguocheng, No. 9 Pinglang Road, Pingji Avenue, Shanglilang Community, Nanwan Subdistrict, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (registration number 91440300MADPMPHT77). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to 深圳市智边未来科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Zhibian Future Technology Co., Ltd.). “You” refers to the person placing an order or using this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the products will be used lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, power source, and care instructions. Photographs are for illustration; slight differences in colour or packaging can occur between production batches. All products are sold as sexual wellness and novelty items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars, euros, or pounds sterling depending on the currency you select, and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place it. Prices exclude import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by your country’s customs authority, which are your responsibility. Where a currency conversion applies, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, or cancel it before dispatch, where the product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method, or delivery to your address is not possible. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. The name that appears on your card statement is a neutral descriptor and does not identify the products ordered.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs, and destinations are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, and the hygiene exclusion are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, product designs, logos, and layout — is owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to resell products in breach of applicable law, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

10. Health and safety

Products should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied. Clean products before and after use with a suitable toy cleaner, use only the supplied or compatible charger, and stop use if a product becomes damaged. If you have a medical condition or a health concern, consult a healthcare professional before use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
